Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. Simply enter your tracking number on the carrier's website or use the information provided in your shipping email to see the latest updates on your delivery.
How to Track Your Order
Follow these simple steps to find out where your order is:
Step 1 — Check your email
Look for a shipping confirmation email from GlamDealStore. This email contains your order number and tracking number. It is usually sent within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Step 2 — Find your tracking number
Your tracking number will be in the shipping confirmation email. It may look like a series of numbers or a mix of letters and numbers depending on the carrier.
Step 3 — Visit the carrier's website
Go to the carrier's official tracking page and enter your tracking number to see the latest status of your delivery.
Step 4 — Check your delivery status
You will be able to see exactly where your package is, estimated delivery date, and any delivery updates or exceptions.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Order Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays)
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after shipment
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after shipment
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak holiday seasons may affect your delivery window.
Common Tracking Statuses Explained
Order Confirmed — We have received your order and it is being prepared for shipment.
Order Processing — Your order is being picked, packed, and prepared at our facility.
Shipped — Your order has left our facility and is on its way to you. Your tracking number is now active.
In Transit — Your package is moving through the carrier's network toward your delivery address.
Out for Delivery — Your package is with the local delivery driver and will be delivered today.
Delivered — Your package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery Attempted — The carrier attempted delivery but was unsuccessful. Check your tracking for next steps or redelivery options.
I Haven't Received a Tracking Number — What Do I Do?
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check the following:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder — our emails sometimes end up there
- Make sure the email address on your order is correct
- Allow up to 3 full business days for processing before expecting a shipping notification
If you have done all of the above and still have not received tracking information, please contact our customer support team and we will look into it right away.
My Tracking Shows Delivered But I Have Not Received My Package
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please try the following steps:
- Check around your property — front door, side entrance, mailbox, garage area
- Ask neighbors if the package was left with them
- Allow 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a missing package report
- Reach out to us at Support@glamdealstore.com and we will assist you
My Package Appears to Be Stuck or Delayed
Occasionally tracking may not update for 1–2 days due to carrier scanning delays. This is normal and does not mean your package is lost. If your tracking has not updated in more than 5 business days or your package is significantly past the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you noticed a mistake in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at Support@glamdealstore.com or call us at +1 281 781 3829. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships. Once a package has been shipped, we are unable to guarantee address changes, and GlamDealStore is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
GlamDealStore is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen. However, we understand how frustrating this situation can be and we will do everything we can to help. Please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate and find the best resolution for you.
