Refund policy

At GlamDealStore, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. Please read through our return and refund policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange, so please reach out to us as soon as possible if there's an issue with your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window has passed.
  • Products that have been used, assembled, or are missing original parts.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective product? Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@glamdealstore.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll make it right — fast.

If your item arrived damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you. You will not be required to return the defective item in most cases.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Support@glamdealstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective product, wrong item sent, or our error — we cover the return shipping cost entirely. If you're returning an item simply because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange an item for a different variant (such as a different color or size) if it's available in stock. Just mention this when you reach out to start a return, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at Support@glamdealstore.com.
