Shipping policy

We know you're excited about your order — so are we. Here's everything you need to know about how and when we ship.

Where We Ship

GlamDealStore currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not ship to international addresses, U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), or P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate shipping notification with a tracking number once your package has shipped.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and peak holiday seasons may affect delivery windows.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and delivery address. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — be sure to check our website or sign up for our newsletter to stay informed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system after you receive your shipping notification.

You can also track your order by visiting the carrier's website directly and entering your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at Support@glamdealstore.com or call us at +1 281 781 3829. We'll do our best to update the address before the package ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in processing.

GlamDealStore is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

GlamDealStore is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:

  • Check around your property (porch, mailbox, side entrance).
  • Ask neighbors if the package was left with them.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a missing package report.
  • Reach out to us at Support@glamdealstore.com and we'll assist in any way we can.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We'll file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
